While our location has changed, our commitment to the original 90-minute Bikram Yoga practice remains the same. You’ll continue to experience the same dedicated instruction, supportive community, and focus on healing, now in an expanded, beautifully designed environment.

We offer two formats of the original Bikram Yoga sequence: the 90-minute full class and the 60-minute Express class. Both include 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room at 105°F.
Yes! The sequence is designed for all levels. Beginners and advanced students practice together, each working at their own pace.
The heat warms your muscles for a deeper stretch, reduces the risk of injury, promotes detoxification through sweat, and improves circulation.

Practice on an empty stomach. Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before class.
Come fully hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. You may bring a bottle of water (only water allowed) into the hot room.
Bring a yoga mat, a large bath towel, and water. Mats and towels are available for rent if needed.
Wear light, close-fitting workout clothing like shorts, a tank top, or a sports bra. Loose-fitting clothes tend to feel heavy and uncomfortable once wet with sweat.
Yes, practice clean (no perfumes or strong scents), no gum, and no cell phones in the hot room.
Be prepared to sweat! The heated room helps detoxify, deepen your stretch, and improve circulation.
Regular practice improves flexibility, strength, and circulation while reducing stress, aiding weight management, and promoting better sleep. Many students also experience relief from chronic pain and improved mental clarity.
For best results, we recommend 3–4 times per week. If you’re doing a 30-Day Challenge, you’ll practice daily for one month to experience transformative results.
