DEAR BYPD–EL PASEO Yoga Family,

Our community was founded by passion by the Original Owner, Denise Abraham, and sustained by the same deep passion and deep gratitude that I felt when I purchased the studio in 2012. This Bikram Yoga healed my spine and strengthened my body and mind — an experience I know many of you share. I have felt so blessed to carry the torch (figuratively and literally 🔥) for all of you for the past 14 years and provide tremendous healing in this sacred space at our current location!!!

WOW! As I write this, it’s hard to believe 14 years has passed since I took over to keep the hOMe fires burning. My mission was to keep it pure, and concentrate on the ORIGINAL 90-minute Full Prescription format. NOW the time has come for me to turn the page.

I have decided to start a new chapter within our community. Bikram Yoga El Paseo and Coachella Yoga, Therapy and Wellness are teaming up to merge our two communities as one starting March 2026. In this respect I have decided not to renew my lease but rather move our studio into the Coachella Yoga location.
Final classes: Sunday, March 1st at 10am and 3pm.

Our goal is to continue offering the pure 90-minute Bikram Yoga prescription by expanding Coachella Yoga’s current schedule and converting a second yoga room into a dedicated hot room. This will allow us to increase the number of 90-minute Bikram Yoga classes while also offering you a beautiful, expanded facility.

Auto-pay memberships are available, and all current class card packages will completely transfer. Each package will be honored until its expiration for up to one year — March 1, 2027.

Additionally, Bikram Yoga El Paseo students will benefit from the many other yoga and exercise classes the new facility has to offer across both yoga rooms with their transferred packages.

Finally, I want to assure you that I am still going to be deeply involved in every aspect of this transition to make it as smooth and seamless as possible. I will be teaching at the new facility on Wednesday and Friday mornings, and I will continue with my hands-on approach and my passion for teaching in our new location!

Albeit bittersweet, I am super excited to continue this amazing yoga journey with all of you in this new location that offers additional amenities, as well as the increased flexibility this merger has to offer!
