At Bikram Yoga El Paseo SUMMER means the Hot room may not be as hot as the outdoor temps but that doesn’t mean you wont still get a great sweat!! Summer also means a comeback of some of BIKRAM YOGA EL PASEO’s favorite teachers!!! We welcome back Carolina (Best known as “LINA”) and RHONDA to our teaching staff!! Come say hello to your old friends, take a class , enjoy some of Joe’s watermelon and BREATH through our summers heat!!

If you have taken a longer then usual hiatus from the hot room, now is the time to put the excuses aside and take care of yourself. Covid and the state of the Economy has hit us hard so return to the hot room to get your groove back , take care of yourself and get back into shape!!

At Bikram Yoga El Paseo every MARCH there is a “CELEBRATION of GRATITUDE” at Fashion Week El Paseo when full time membership students are treated to a night of fashion and fun as a HUGE THANK YOU for their yearly continued support of this very special studio, BIKRAM YOGA EL PASEO!!! THANK YOU to ALL our Special Yogis that help us to Keep the “hOMe fires burning!!!!!”

Ann Marie will treat Staff and Students to VIP DIVA Front row seats every night during fashion week!! WATCH FOR THE FUN AND THE FASHION UNFOLD!!!

FEBRUARY is the MONTH of LOVE!! Valentine’s Day is February 14th but the Celebration doesn’t stop there!!! Here at Bikram Yoga El Paseo we are thrilled to celebrate TWO very special Weddings month. Congratulations to our Teacher-Kristin Schwartzman and Mark Tuvall , and our Student- Leslie Briskman and Sean McGrath. Since Kristin’s wedding falls during a class time we will be rearranging Sunday February 20th schedule!! Please note this schedule change and let the Love begin!!

Sunday February 20th will have a special 8am *Silent pop up class – 90 minutes with Ann Marie. The 10 am class will be cancelled as all staff will be attending Kristin’s wedding. Our 3pm class with Alix will remain on schedule!
